Situated on the ground floor of the Old Mill, the Wheel Room is a wonderfully spacious property bursting with character. Assessed as 5* by Visit England, the property is beautifully furnished and well-equipped with LCD TV (with on demand), BluRay Player (with a DVD library) and mini hifi sound system with a Sonos (and Apple Music account). The Wheel Room also welcomes one or two well behaved dogs, making it a rare and luxurious treat for owners and their four-legged friend to enjoy.



There’s plenty of room to relax here. With invitingly cosy Laura Ashley sofas and furnishings, 40" 4KHD LCD TV, Sonos, mini hifi and an honesty bar. The Wheel Room also features a coal effect gas fire for those cosy evenings. Large French doors lead out onto our gardens, woods, lakes and 32 acre Estate all waiting to be explored.


With its stunning blue pearl granite surfaces, stone floor and Belfast sink you really will enjoy being in the kitchen. Fully-equipped with Dualit toaster and kettle, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, double oven cooker, breadmaker, our pretty Emma Bridgewater crockery and designer cutlery it’s a real pleasure to use. Order a supermarket delivery and we’ll even unpack it for you.


The large bedroom with comfy king-size bed has great views over the Estate, as well as fluffy towels and dressing gowns, Egyptian cotton bed linen and a TV. The bathroom is beautifully finished with stone travertine tiles, Heritage furniture, LCD sensor heated mirror, heated towel rail and not forgetting the bath with a shower over.

Supermarket Deliveries
We want you to relax as soon as you arrive. Order a food delivery online from Waitrose, Sainsbury, Tesco or Asda we'll take delivery and unpack before you get here.

Taxi's
We have one local taxi so its important you prebook if you wish to eat out away from the village and not drive. If you plan to arrive by train you will also need to prebook your taxi, as Umberleigh is a rural station. Steve, Tel: 07922 131473
