Corncott

Situated on the first floor of the Old Mill, Corncott is a spacious and luxurious property overlooking Millbrook Estate. Beautifully furnished and full of character, the original wooden beams offer a reminder of times gone by, and the water wheel can be clearly seen through a feature window. Assessed 5* by Visit England, with the all 'mod cons' you would would expect, Corncott is a wonderful retreat from everyday life.

Our extra comfy sofa invites relaxation especially to enjoy an afternoon tea or even a glass of wine from the honesty bar. A 40" 4K HD LCD TV (with on demand), Blu Ray Player, and mini Hifi provides hi-tech entertainment. Or simply look out of the window and marvel at the stunning natural scenery. You might even spot an Alpaca.

Corncott Bathroom

Corncott benefits from a shower room with a large luxurious corner shower with a heritage power shower and the tiles are travertine natural stone, LCD sensor heated mirrror and heated towel rail. It also has a luxury bathing area as part of the bedroom suite
Our kitchen has everything you might need to cook up a feast, and with the blue pearl granite work surfaces, Dualit toaster and kettle, double oven, Belfast sink, fridge freezer, dishwasher, our pretty Emma Bridgewater crockery and Villeroy and Boch designer cutlery you’ll enjoy both preparing and eating it! Don’t forget to save the scraps for the chickens.

Corncott Bedroom Suite

The bedroom offers a mix of old and contemporary with a Laura Ashley Divan bed, mirrored furniture and a free standing bath, with underfloor heating, star ceiling and heated towel rail. It features a very comfortable king-size bed, luxurious Egyptian cotton linen, fluffy towels and dressing gowns. The views from the bedroom are stunning, with two aspects over looking the front lake and the alpacas grazing.

Breakfast Hampers We are in the process of liasing with our new village community shop to provide breakfast hampers. In the mean time we recommend popping in there during your stay to pick up some wonderful local sausages, bacons and all the items required for a yummy breakfast. They also have fresh bakers bread delivered Tuesday and Friday, local cakes, cheeses, milk and most essentials.

Supermarket Deliveries
We want you to relax as soon as you arrive. Order a food delivery online from Waitrose, Sainsbury, Tesco or Asda we'll take delivery and unpack before you get here.

Taxi's
We have one local taxi so its important you prebook if you wish to eat out away from the village and not drive. If you plan to arrive by train you will also need to prebook your taxi, as Umberleigh is a rural station. Steve, Tel: 07922 131473
